As we near the upcoming election, we are noticing more signs appearing in the common areas. Per the Association’s handbook, political signs (referencing a candidate or specific election) can be displayed within 31 days prior to the election and must be removed 5 days after the election. Limit one sign per unit and signs must be displayed in the window, not the common area. No other signage is allowed per the rules.
