Many of you have communicated that you have not yet received the Annual meeting notice and proxy. At the base of this post, please find links to the materials that you should have received from Vote-Now.com both electronically and via mail. For your convenience, we’ve separated the proxy form in order for you to print and return to Management or drop it in the mail slot at the maintenance office at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
If you have not received your unique code, you may request it by emailing r.rosario@cardinalmanagementgroup.com. Be sure to include your unit address with your request.
We would also like to introduce our new Onsite Manager, Ben Mengstab, who has replaced Vicky Moore. Ben will be working part time in the maintenance office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You can reach him via email: b.mengstab@cardinalmanagementgroup.com or call him at 703.820.9567.
Please join us Friday, October 30th from 9 am to 10:30 am for a Coffee Meet and Greet in front of the pool, where you will be able to meet our new Onsite Manager, Ben Mengstab, obtain a copy of the Annual meeting materials and submit your Annual Meeting Proxy. We will provide coffee from Dunkin Donuts to warm up your morning. Please bring a mask to wear when you’re not sipping your coffee.
