As a reminder, EcoTek has been onsite this week performing soft washing of the roofs and trim in courts 5-8. Please note that the contractors will be completing touch-ups in court 6 tomorrow, 3/16. Court 8 and trim in court 5 is also scheduled for tomorrow, 3/16. We ask that all court 5,6,7 and 8 residents please keep their windows closed and water spigots on through tomorrow, to ensure completion of all areas and to allow for touch-ups, as needed.
