Our Association Portal is Moving to CINC – January 1, 2023

We are excited to share that after much consideration, investigation and performance of our due diligence in the best interest of your community, effective January 1, 2023, Cardinal Management Group is migrating to a new community management platform. CINC Systems, LLC. is designed to provide for faster financial reporting, easier workflow management, stronger board communication and a better homeowner experience. We are confident you will see a positive impact from this partnership, and we look forward to continuing to provide your community with top-notch service and innovative solutions.
NOTE: Account numbers and payment options are not changing. Payment options can be found HERE. Between December 19, 2022 and January 31, 2023 you may experience delays in payment processing and suspension of your online access to your account including assessment information, covenants violations and/or architectural information. Late fees will not be assessed for the month of January 2023. 2023 Payment Coupons are in the mail, however, due to delays with the mail service, they may be received after January 1st.
