The Board of Directors has contracted ProGrounds for common area plant and shrub removals/replacements beginning on Monday, November 6, 2023, weather permitting.

If you are receiving this notice, it is because work will be done near or around your unit.

We recommend that residents:

• Close all windows, blinds or drapes for privacy
• Remove items near/on or around the affected area

(i.e. hanging pots, decorative items, etc.)

• Restrain any pets
