Update on Oct. 27^th shooting incident:  The resident alleged to be involved in the October 27, 2023 shooting incident in Court 3 has moved out of the community.  We thank the community for assisting the Board with important facts and information regarding the incident that provided legal counsel with the formal basis to demand that the resident move out.  The Board thanks the community for its patience as it worked through the Council’s internal legal process with counsel. We also thank the owners of the unit for their help in resolving the issue.
