The current COVID-19 situation precludes our gathering for a Board of Directors meeting. It was our intention to hold the meeting via videoconferencing. We have decided, however, that we can more effectively deal with our limited agenda items via email. We are therefore cancelling the April 14th meeting of the Board. As usual, any action taken via email will be ratified at our May meeting and included in those minutes. If you have any issues you’d like to raise with the Board, please contact any Board member.
