With reports of vibrations in the community, we would like to provide a brief update on the construction taking place at North Quaker Lane. This project is set to be complete early 2025, therefore some areas of the Glenn will likely be affected by the noise and vibrations from this project. As an update on reports of vibrations, the project manager has confirmed that the drilling and driving of piles portion of the project, is now complete. Therefore, Glen residents should be experiencing little to no vibration of the units moving forward.
