Attention Fairlington Glen Residents:

As you may know, Culbertson Company of VA has been contracted to address various repairs to the masonry exterior walls and stoops to all courts in the Glen. As of now, phase one of work in courts 1-9 is complete and the crew is currently working in Court 16. Flyers will be posted in advance of work in the remaining courts. Phase two of the project will be scheduled once permits have been obtained from the County, and notice will be given to the affected residents in advance.

During this work, we recommend that residents:

• Close all windows, blinds or drapes for privacy
• Remove items near/on or around the building

(I.e. furniture, rugs, storage bins, hanging pots, decorative items, etc)

Move large items 6 feet away from the building

• Unlock gates, window well grates and storm doors
• Restrain any pets

Work should not impede access to the units.

Please note that this work does cause noise disturbance, which has been reported to make it difficult to work from home. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
