The Glen Board has contracted with Walls Contracting to do a partial roof and gutter spot maintenance at the addresses listed below, which will begin this week. The anticipated completion date for this project is the end of January, weather permitting. Co-owners/residents should expect the construction to last in their specific area for approximately one (1) to five (5) days, weather permitting. Walls Contracting is required to post notice at least 72 hours prior to performing work at a specific address.
Walls Contracting is completing much needed repairs to our buildings and we ask for your patience with the inconvenience that the work will inevitably cause.
Courts 9 through 12 will experience maintenance and repair to the slate roofing systems and components. At Court 4 (4105-4111 S. 36th St.), there will be replacement of the slate roofing, associated flashings, gutters, and downspouts at the entrance canopy. At Court 15 (4256 S. 35th St., there will be gutter repairs, at the entry canopy. Finally, at Court 16 (4320 S. 35th St.), there will be the replacement of slate roofing and associated flashings at the unit’s dormer.
Noise producing work will begin at 8:00AM, (other work/preparation may begin earlier) and continue until approximately 6:00PM, Monday-Thursday, weather permitting. Work may be performed on Fridays and/or weekends if needed due to inclement weather. Once Walls provides a work schedule, Management will have it posted to the website.
