Subject: Spot Roof & Gutter Repairs
The Glen Board has contracted with Walls Contracting to do spot roof & gutter maintenance in your court (see list below). Work will begin the week of October 18th, starting with the units in Court 13. While this project is anticipated to last for ninety days, co-owners/residents should expect the construction in your court to last, for approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks, weather permitting.
We are pleased to be able to maintain our roofs and gutters on a regular maintenance schedule and ask your patience with the inconvenience that the work will inevitably cause. Walls Contracting will be doing work on various locations on the exterior of the buildings. We ask that the co-owners/residents unlock the patio gate to allow the contractor access.
Work will begin around 8 a.m. each day and end by 5 p.m. Please note that it will be noisy and dusty during the partial roof replacement.
