Important Stoop Repairs Notice

Attention Fairlington Glen Residents:
Culbertson Company of VA will be performing stoop replacements beginning on Monday, January 9, 2022 in Court 2. Court 2 affected buildings include 3547 A & B, 3551, and 3555 S Stafford St.
Schedule of repairs for affected units in courts 2, 5, 6, and 15 is as follows:

3547 S. Stafford St A & B – 1/9/23-1/20/23
3551 S. Stafford St – 1/12/23-1/25/23
3555 S. Stafford St – 1/24/23-2/6/23

4126/4128 S. 36th St – 1/27/23-2/9/23
4118 S. 36th St – 2/8/23-2/21/23

We recommend that those residents listed:
- Close all windows, blinds or drapes for privacy
- Remove items near/on or around the stoop
(I.e. furniture, rugs, storage bins, hanging pots, decorative items, etc)
Move large items 6 feet away from the building
- Restrain any pets
WORK AT B-BUILDINGS MAY RESTRICT ACCESS. For b-building units where upper units must be accessed through the front door, our contractor will provide temporary steps for resident use. We ask that residents located at units with rear patio access, use their rear entry during this work, if possible.
Please note that this work does cause noise disturbance, which has been reported to make it difficult to work from home. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
