Please see the message below for trash/recycling protocols following the winter weather:

Please be advised that Capitol Services will not be able to put out recycling buckets today due to road conditions. We want to ensure the safety for all residents and our staff. However, we still plan to pick up recycling tomorrow. The residents can put out their recycling materials in the same place as the buckets would normally go. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Also, we still plan to pickup trash today as best as we can. However, some trash will surely get missed if our crew determines it is not safe to grab it due to road conditions (such as courtyards). Any trash we miss, we will make sure to grab tomorrow.
